The property
PRIVATE 15-ACRE ESTATE — ANNA, TEXAS
This is where 24 creators will live, create, compete and collaborate for four days: ~5,500 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 11 beds, 4 baths, a guest house game room, a private pool with a water slide and 20-person hot tub, and a yard full of courts — all on 15 private acres about 15 minutes north of McKinney.

Boys sleep in one building together, each with their own single or bunk bed. Girls sleep in a separate building together and can choose a single bed or share a king bed with another girl.

Streamcation is not an open-ticket creator party. It’s a curated inaugural cohort of 24 creators living, creating, competing and collaborating in one private Anna, Texas (DFW) house for four days. Everyone in the room was selected — which is exactly why the room is worth being in.
